The Models Resource website has great models to play with
I found this site of game models and thought I should share.

I found the Animal Crossing models that I've been trying to emulate in my own modelling.
I'm still not sure what the licence is around using the models from the site but as you can see I had little difficulty getting them into Unity3D.
To get the models into Blender so I could see how they worked I first had to save the models as WaveFront .obj files and then import the new file into Blender.
